Sandra and Adam: Sweet Simplicities.
September 18th, 2013 | SarahLove
Sandra and Adam met through a mutual friend and went on one date. Then never stopped seeing each other. Sounds to simple to be true. But it is. She confessed to me that it was just easy to be around him because it just felt so normal. Nearly a decade later, they decided ‘on a whim’ to get married. The smiles of family gathered read a sign (of a long over due relief) that proclaimed: ‘Finally!’
In a private backyard with the aroma of freshly cut lawn Sandra and Adam faced each other with lovingly smiles. Sandra’s hair cascaded in a waterfall braid, soft curls spirling down her shoulders, her eyelashes swept with the perfect amount of mascara. Adam stood handsomely, in a striped tie he picked out, gingerly holding a ring embellished with the sweetest accent of something blue. Sandra placed a symbol of her commitment around her best friends ring finger, something they had practiced a few times already.
The day might have been planned on a whim (just the week before) but the celebration happened with a flow that felt like it was just supposed to happen that day. There was a presence lingering that in their hearts, as if they have already been married. The paper signing, just a legality. Because it was just that easy.
Their wedding was embodied by a sweet beauty that only comes with the simplicity of something natural.
Very much exactly like Sandra’s gorgeous disposition.
You can just tell how kind she is in this one. Such a sweet person.
Natural blush. I know, isn’t she a beauty?!
There was this ‘glow’ that kept dancing on the wall behind Sandra that I just couldn’t stop looking at.
Solidifying the term ‘blushing bride’. LOVE THIS!
It’s not often that I post an image of both people looking at the camera at the same time but this was just so simple and sweet that I had to!
I love it.
…with a kiss!
The photographs were gifted to this couple from loyal customers of mine, Steven and Amanda. It is such an honor that my customers feel so strongly about my work that they gift it to other people because they support my talent that much. Thank you Steven and Amanda for your loyalty. Thank you to Sandra and Adam for trusting me with the documentation of your love. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
