Vicki: In persuit of healthy.

Her mission to workout simply started when she was going to go on vacation with her husband. She just thought she’d get into shape a little. From there it grew into something passionate. She felt so good about her personal transformation that she wanted to help others reach their fitness goals. Vicki and her husband took that vision and now help people across the US. They hold one-on-one consultations with clients via Skype, guiding them for fitness competitions. They appropriately call themselves ‘Beyond Driven.’ Vicki also meets with a group of ladies, many mothers like herself, once a month to go over fitness routines and advice on clean eating. It’s not just about working out, it’s about a lifestyle of choosing what to eat. Vicki said, ‘If it’s in your house, you will eat it.’ With that, I internally cringed when I realized that I have three quarts of ice cream in my freezer. Actually, that’s a lie. Two are already half consumed. So, I guess that means I technically have two. Oopsie.
Vicki is really passionate about her fitness consulting with her husband. Even so, I can tell that she doesn’t let it consume her life. She lit up with she talked about her husband and how they enjoy spending time with their children. It’s about balancing life’s path, in all aspects to truly be healthy. She is an inspiration!
So strong. (Side note: I was totally going to help Vicki get the weight into position but I was holding my camera and didn’t want to damage it…. yes…. that’s exactly why….)
Hello beautiful triceps!
So, you know how I told you she was a mother? I think now is a good time to tell you she is a mother to THREE.
And I would like to add onto that: One of the three is eighteen years old.
Those eyes! WOW!
Keeping it classy. Stunning!
Thank you for trusting me, Vicki! I LOVE THIS ONE.
Work it girl. Weeeeeerk it. (Another side note: I told Vicki that I started incorporating weights into my workouts. We both giggled when I told her I was up to the ’3 pounders.’ HA!)
Photo session and workout at the same time?! That is what mother’s do, it’s called: Muti-tasking!
Not only does she look pretty while she works out but…
…she makes it look SO easy. I am guessing it’s all that core work.
Laughing IS core work, right?!
Vicki, Thank you VERY much for driving all the way up from Iowa for your session. More than that though, thank you for trusting me to document you in all of your beauty. I look forward to meeting your family!
