Hubble Bubble.

While traveling through Albuquerque a friend confided in me. I was shocked when they said, ‘Thank you Sarah, I knew I could talk to you.’

Pearl can out run a puppy.

I had a terrible thought of what would happen if I changed my favorite color on a whim.

The golden gate bride is not gold.

I got a text message that my mom and dad were zooming around in their VW beetle. My friend tried to get their attention but she couldn’t because they were too occupied. With laughter. A few weeks later I received another text from a different friend saying that my parents were driving around town on a motorcycle together wearing earmuffs and goggles.

Yoga.

For several nights this week, I’ve woken up disoriented. Not knowing if I am here or there or where.

The more you listen, the more you learn.

Pearl went to the new dog wash in town. After looking at the pictures, I noticed that she’s embarrassed. She’s naked, taking a shower and people can watch from a nearby window as they get their cars washed. Parent fail. I will be making suggestions to the car wash for for discretion while bathing, such as shower curtains. Don’t you dare tell Pearl I shared these with you! ;) Secretly, I know she loves the attention.

There was another dog in the bath across from her and she was utterly offended that he was gawking at her.

The drama only escalated the longer she was bathed.

She is so much like a teenager sometimes.

Rolling her eyes, included.

As soon as she got in the car all the drama was gone. Then I rolled my eyes. Oh brother!

Compliments can be really hard to accept if you don’t believe in yourself.

Sometimes I miss the most random moments in time so much it hurts.

It’s been many weeks since I’ve needed a pedicure but I don’t want to have then redone because I got them done with my best friend and I don’t want to erase it!

I would never buy a coach purse. On purpose.

Tutus never go out of style. Neither does denim. Yet, I have never seen a denim tutu.

Yesterday, I pulled a rope that’s attached to a huge church bell. I got so excited, it almost made me cry.

However, I did cry when I found a piece of chicken in my quesadilla.

The friend that confided in me is my dad.
